Delivery of goods from Casabell is deemed to have happened when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods takes place with Postnord, DLG or DLS.
We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Franch. There is free shipping in Denmark. Delivery time, is 1 – 3 business days. Sweden, Norway, Germany and Franch is 2 – 5 business days.
Reservations are made on sold out and backordered items.
The responsibility for the goods purchased from Casabell passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Complaint, errors or defects on the delivery from Casabell must be relied upon in a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty as a consumer to indicate and on request, explain how the error or defect is expressed.
If you find an error, please contact Casabell quickly.
You can basically only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the goods. For products with limited durability, your remedy is limited by the shelf life. Casabell has put you in view.

Casabell provides a 14-day cancellation right, effective from the day you receive your goods.

All orders packed by us are monitored and recorded by CCTV to ensure that we do not leave anything out of your order.
Particular care is taken to ensure that your order is packed to the highest standard. Additionally, your order is security sealed and banded.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, does not contain all the items listed in your shipping confirmation email or hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please contact our Customer Services Team.
If you have more than one item in your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so may arrive separately.
